Privacy Policy for ArrowFlow 3D
ArrowFlow 3D can be played without creating an account. The game saves progress and preferences locally on the player’s device. Advertising services may automatically process limited device, interaction, approximate-location, and diagnostic data as explained below.
GeniAi Apps (“we,” “our,” or “us”) publishes ArrowFlow 3D (the “Game”). This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you install or play the Game, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
1. Information stored on your device
The Game may store game progress, completed levels, coins, rewards, power-ups, achievements, sound settings, and other preferences locally on your device. This locally stored information is used to operate the Game and continue your progress. It is not sent to GeniAi Apps unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.
Clearing the Game’s storage or uninstalling the Game may delete locally saved progress.
2. Information processed automatically
The Game uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display advertisements. Google Mobile Ads may automatically collect or share:
- Your device’s IP address, which may be used to estimate approximate location;
- Game and advertisement interactions, such as app launches, taps, and video views;
- Diagnostic and performance information, such as loading time, hang rate, and energy usage; and
- Device or account identifiers, including the Android advertising ID and app set ID, where available.
This information may be used for advertising, analytics, ad measurement, security, and fraud prevention. Information handled by Google Mobile Ads is encrypted in transit using secure protocols such as TLS.
3. Information we do not request during gameplay
ArrowFlow 3D does not require a GeniAi Apps account. During normal gameplay, we do not ask you to provide your name, personal email address, phone number, home address, precise GPS location, contacts, photos, videos, or financial account details.
If you contact us by email, we will receive your email address and any information you voluntarily include in your message. We use that information only to respond to your request, provide support, or address a legal or security issue.
4. Advertising and consent
The Game may display banner, interstitial, rewarded, native, or app-open advertisements. Depending on your region, age, consent choices, and device settings, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized.
Where required by law, a consent message may be shown before advertising data is processed. You may also control or delete your Android advertising ID through your device’s privacy or advertising settings.

5. In-app purchases
If the Game offers purchases, such as removing advertisements, unlocking levels, unlocking the complete game, or obtaining virtual items, payments are processed by Google Play or another authorized app marketplace. GeniAi Apps does not receive or store your complete credit-card or bank-account details.
We may receive limited purchase information, such as the purchased product, transaction status, purchase token, and purchase time, to confirm or restore a purchase, prevent fraud, and provide customer support.

Information may be processed to:
- Operate and improve the Game;
- Save progress and preferences on your device;
- Display and measure advertisements;
- Understand Game and advertisement interactions;
- Identify technical problems and improve performance;
- Prevent cheating, fraud, abuse, and invalid advertising traffic;
- Respond to support or privacy requests; and
- Meet legal, regulatory, and security obligations.
7. Sharing of information
Limited information may be processed or shared with Google Mobile Ads and related service providers for the purposes described in this Policy. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or our legal rights, to investigate fraud or security incidents, or as part of a business transfer.
GeniAi Apps does not sell personal information in exchange for money. The use of advertising identifiers for personalized advertising may, however, be considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under certain privacy laws.
8. Children’s privacy
The Game may be enjoyed by a general audience. We do not knowingly ask children to submit names, personal email addresses, phone numbers, home addresses, precise locations, or similar contact information through the Game.
Where children are included in the Game’s selected audience, we aim to use age-appropriate settings and advertising practices required by applicable law and Google Play policies. A parent or guardian who believes that a child has provided personal information may contact us and request its review or deletion.
9. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of eligible personal information; withdraw consent; receive a portable copy of eligible information; or opt out of certain targeted advertising or data sharing.
To submit a privacy or deletion request, email geniai.techapps@gmail.com and include the name “ArrowFlow 3D” in your message. We may request limited information needed to understand and process your request.
10. Data retention
Local game data remains on your device until it is cleared or the Game is uninstalled. We retain support communications only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Third-party providers retain information according to their own policies and legal requirements.
11. Data security
We and our service providers use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12. International processing
Information handled by our service providers may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, appropriate legal safeguards are used for international transfers.

The Game may contain links to advertisements, app stores, websites, or services operated by third parties. GeniAi Apps does not control their privacy practices. Please review the privacy policy of a third-party service before providing information to it.
