Privacy Policy
GeniAi Apps
Last updated: 28 October 2026
GeniAi Apps (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and retain information when you visit geniai.tech or use our applications and related services.
Applications covered by this policy:
- Friends & Family Tracking App
- Women 360
- VexaPlay
- Other applications published by GeniAi Apps that link to this policy
Information handling varies by application, feature and permission settings. A feature-specific description below applies only where that feature is available in the application you use.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
Depending on the features you use, we may process:
- Account and profile information: your name, email address, phone number, profile picture and account identifiers.
- Optional details: address, city, region, postal code or country, where you provide these through the service.
- Support communications: messages, feedback and attachments you send to us.
- User-selected content: photos, videos, audio and files you choose to use with a feature.
- Sharing information: information you provide when inviting others, joining a group or sharing content.
Accessing a file on your device does not necessarily mean that the file is transmitted to us. Device permissions and off-device collection are different, and the processing involved depends on the feature you use.
Information collected automatically
Our services and integrated third-party services may collect:
- Device model, operating system, application version and language.
- IP address, app or device identifiers and network information.
- Feature usage, session information and interactions within the service.
- Crash reports, error logs and performance diagnostics.
- Advertising identifiers, ad interactions and campaign attribution information in applications using advertising or attribution services.
- Approximate location inferred from an IP address.
Third-party sign-in
When you use a supported third-party sign-in service, we receive the information authorised through that service, such as your name, email address, profile picture and account identifier.
Signing in does not automatically authorise access to your device’s contacts.
Purchases and subscriptions
We may receive transaction identifiers, purchase dates, product details and subscription status to verify purchases and provide access to paid features.
GeniAi Apps does not directly collect or receive your full payment-card details. Payment information is handled by the applicable app store or payment provider under its own privacy policy.
2. Location and Family Sharing Features
Location-based applications, including Friends & Family Tracking App and Women 360, process location information to provide the tracking or sharing functions you enable.
The location available to a feature depends on your device permissions and settings. Where an application requests background location access, this allows an enabled location feature to operate when the application is not actively open.
Location-sharing features make relevant information available to the people or groups participating in the sharing arrangement you authorise.
You can manage location access through your device settings and available in-app controls. Revoking access may prevent location features from working. Stopping future sharing does not remove information another person has already received or saved.
3. Media Features and Device Permissions
Applications such as VexaPlay may require access to selected media or device capabilities to provide their functions.
Depending on the application, permissions may support:
- Photos, videos, audio and files: playing, downloading, editing, converting, organising or saving selected content.
- Camera: capturing content or adding a profile photo.
- Microphone: recording audio or using an available voice-input feature.
- Contacts: selecting people to invite or share with, where supported.
- Notifications: delivering enabled alerts, reminders or service updates.
- Local network or nearby devices: connecting to supported devices for features such as casting.
- Background operation: continuing an active task, such as downloading media or providing authorised location updates.
Private-media or locker features handle the files you select for those functions. A private-folder or locker label does not, by itself, mean that files are encrypted or backed up.
We request device permissions where required. You can change these permissions in your device settings, although some features may then become unavailable.
4. How We Use Information
We use information for the following purposes, as applicable:
- Provide and maintain the services and features you request.
- Create and manage accounts.
- Enable authorised sharing and communication.
- Verify purchases and manage subscription access.
- Respond to support requests.
- Diagnose problems and improve performance and usability.
- Understand service usage and measure marketing performance.
- Display and measure advertisements in ad-supported applications.
- Send service notices and permitted promotional communications.
- Prevent fraud, misuse and security incidents.
- Meet legal obligations and resolve disputes.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to perform our agreement with you, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests such as service security and improvement, or act on your consent.
Where processing depends on consent, you can withdraw that consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
5. Advertising, Analytics and Service Providers
We may use third-party services for hosting, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, advertising, campaign attribution, customer support and purchase management.
These services may process information directly through technology integrated into our applications or website. Depending on their function, this can include IP addresses, identifiers, usage events, diagnostics and advertising interactions.
Some providers process information on our behalf; others may process information under their own privacy policies and legal obligations.
Where required, we obtain consent before enabling relevant advertising or tracking activities. You can manage available privacy and advertising choices through the application or your device settings.
Restricting personalised advertising does not necessarily remove advertisements.
6. How We Share Information
We may share information:
- With service providers: to operate, support, secure and improve our services.
- With people you authorise: when you use location sharing, invitations or content-sharing features.
- With advertising and measurement partners: where those services are used, subject to applicable requirements and your privacy choices.
- For legal and safety purposes: to comply with valid legal requests, investigate misuse, prevent fraud or protect rights and safety.
- During business transactions: in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring or transfer of assets, subject to applicable privacy requirements.
- With your authorisation: for an additional purpose explained when permission is requested.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website and integrated services may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies to support essential functions, remember preferences and understand usage.
Where required by law, non-essential technologies are subject to your consent.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings and any privacy controls available on the website. Disabling certain technologies may affect functionality.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy.
Retention depends on the information involved, the features you use, whether your account remains active, and requirements relating to security, legal compliance, accounting and dispute resolution.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it, subject to applicable retention requirements. Backup copies may remain until removed through the relevant backup-retention cycle.
Files stored on your own device remain subject to your device and application controls. Account deletion does not automatically remove copies you have exported or shared with others.
9. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to:
- Access or obtain a copy of your personal information.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Request deletion.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Withdraw consent.
- Request data portability.
- Complain to a relevant data-protection authority.
You can also manage device permissions, available sharing controls, notification preferences and advertising settings.
To make a privacy request, email team@geniai.tech. Please include the application name and information sufficient to identify the relevant account. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
We may request proportionate information to verify your identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Account and data deletion
You can request deletion through available in-app controls or by emailing team@geniai.tech with the subject “Account and Data Deletion: [App Name]”. Full instructions are available at https://geniai.tech/delete-account.
We will delete relevant information unless retention is required or permitted for a specific legal, security or dispute-resolution purpose. Where applicable, we will explain any retention exceptions.
Uninstalling an application does not automatically delete an account. Deleting an account does not necessarily cancel a subscription; manage subscription cancellation through the platform used for purchase.
10. International Processing
Our services and providers may process information in countries outside your country of residence. Those countries may have different data-protection laws.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we apply the required safeguards.
11. Security
We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, loss and disclosure.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 contrary to applicable law.
Where a feature involves a child’s information, any legally required parental authorisation and protections must be in place before that information is provided or processed.
If you believe a child’s information has been collected improperly, contact team@geniai.tech. We will investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.
13. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our services may link to external websites or allow interactions with third-party services. Their information practices are governed by their own privacy policies.
We encourage you to review those policies before providing personal information.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, information practices or legal requirements change.
Updates will appear on this page with a revised date. Where required, we will provide additional notice and obtain consent for relevant changes.
